We extract our water from a specially selected area noted for it’s natural
beauty and that was chosen from boring geology reports of rock formation
(don’t worry we won’t bore you with the details ).
BIG Apple's natural mineral water is bottled in the
Black Mountains from a uniquely pure mineral water source which allows the
water to be bottled without the need of pumps and a chemical process.
The water we bottle is natural mineral water and as such has met these
stringent requirements |

• The water comes from a specified underground source which is protected from any kind of pollution.
• The water is stable in its chemical and physical composition.
• The water satisfys microbiological criteria and is free from harmful bacteria.
• The water will receive no treatment other than filtration or carbonation.
• The water will be bottled at source and be fitted with tamper evident seals.
• The will have weekly quality and analysis testing by an independent laboratory and daily in house testing,
all to guarantee the best quality water goes in our bottles.
• The water will recieve two years of repeated testing to ensure strict criteria is met.
